fix(home-assistant): use xiaomi_miio for Mi Home devices

The bare "xiaomi" component only ships the legacy IP-camera platform.
Mi Home Wi-Fi devices (vacuums, air purifiers, Yeelight, fans, etc.)
are provided by the xiaomi_miio integration.
